Awesome. You get an elk this year? I struck out here in Oregon. Waiting for late Blacktail season to open now.

I set up the VF TKO arrows for elk and got them shooting broadheads great to 60 but I’m now trying the VAP SS, shooting for 450-475 grains with a 125 point (50 grain insert/outsert). So far super tough shafts and fly great!

I’m also shooting a Realm X at 70lb and 29" draw. However, I’m shooting in comfort mode at the moment. I changed it from performance and enjoy it so far minus the fps loss. I want to do some more tinkering this fall to combat it. VAP TKO have been on my radar for a while now…

Try to not rush to the "click" and then slow down on ur hinge. If u keep a consistent seed of rotation in the release all the way through the shot you will be more consistent and accurate

I’m shooting the same arrows, depending on what you hit, you’re gonna hate those outserts! (Or inserts) I already bent 2 of mine in my backyard. Popped them off with a drill bit and replaced them with the “ insert shok TL VAP”. 50 grain, much stronger. They cover more on the outside and run deeper on the inside of the arrow. Let’s see how long it takes me to bend those!
