Thanks for the video. Me and my MSG are trying to draw in some coyotes no luck as of yet. We use a electronic call. I want to quit cause we have not had any luck so far. I will give that mouse squeak a shot.

I like the Harrison calls. My dad is friends with the owner of Harrison calls, and one of the teachers at my school is his wife.

Live coyote stands on Facebook or Ig would be sweet!

Back in March that TP in the back was worth more than your rifle setup

You need to come to Virginia and do some coyote hunting with me. I have only killed two coyotes myself while still deer hunting. I have tried to call coyotes in the day time and night time but no luck. I can get gray foxes to come into the caller easy.

Thank you for taking the time to cover the skylining shots. I see so many videos where people take those shots and always try to justify doing it "Oh I know whats over there". It makes me cringe. I too have passed a few skylining shots in the last 10 years.

My uncle did a lot of coyote hunting in the 60’s, 70’s and late 80’s he would get the scent of a female dog in heat on a cotton rag and drag it along game trails set and wait within 45 minutes the coyotes would come in 5 or 6 at a time.
He used 22-250 as well also 218 bee hand load to be subsonic.

Put raccoon scent on the bottoms of your boots if a dog walks where you walked in at they can’t smell you this has helped me many times where before I didn’t do this in the past they have smelled the path where I walked in and spooked

Why did you choose to make your own tripod versus buying the bogpod deathgrip?

  15. Gunner Bohl on September 21, 2021 at 11:00 pm

You should do a gun arsenal video

What is the average distance for most of your kills? I hunt ky and ind and most are inside 150 yds. Thermal with a 223. Got a valkyrie but thought it was overkill. Any thoughts? Love your vids!

  20. Kirt Shouse on September 21, 2021 at 11:06 pm

What did you use to camo your tripod?

  21. L S on September 21, 2021 at 11:07 pm

I farm next to BLM land. I once had a pickup window shot out by hunters. Thank you for talking about skyline shooting. Great video. Thanks.

just found and newly subscribed to your channel,,,,,, fitting right with my preference style,,,, one idea, and to-each-his-own, and that’s why we share,.,.,.,,, tripod system way to cumbersome for me——collapsible bipod shooting stix, $20,, versatile ,,,,portable,,, quick target access ,,,and super effective when considering ALL elements.,.,, Plus using them for coyotes helps you get accustom adapting to big hunting application

I’m having a hard time finding the ambush 360 battery pack on the web. You wouldn’t happen to have a link or advise one the place to get it would you. Burning through these batteries like crazy at the moment haha.

  26. Hunter Steward on September 21, 2021 at 11:16 pm

Do a video on all of your camp and what you have in your pack

Nice setup! Subbed, looks like a cool channel! Fellow trapping youtuber here.

  29. ericHi5 on September 21, 2021 at 11:23 pm

Great video I appreciate all the tips. I haven’t had that range issue with my fox pro remote I’ve put my call a couple hundred yards out at times. Also the fox pro is made in the USA not China like the lucky duck. That alone is reason enough to go Fox pro as a true full blooded American. Anyway great video thanks for the content happy hunting

  30. Jeremy Sims on September 21, 2021 at 11:24 pm

Been wanting a 22-250 but can’t find ammo for it anywhere.

    What is that collapsible stool?

  35. jordan sander on September 21, 2021 at 11:27 pm

What do you look for when you pick out a spot to hunt! Haven’t had good luck calling in any dogs lately and I’m wondering if I’m calling wrong or if it’s my locations I’m choosing

  39. What's Going On on September 21, 2021 at 11:37 pm

    What is a good

    Alarm
    Spray
    Weapon

To protect my dog from coyotes… there are so many here, and I keep hearing of dogs eaten… its really scary when I walk her…

My chihuahua survived a coyote attack, and I feel so sad I wasn’t educated enough. I never want to fail her ever again. She’s my only family, and so vulnerable and small.

I’m going to buy her a coyote vest, but in case they surround me, I need to know how to fight back… they say carry a bat but I doubt that helps…

Ideas on the list I asked above???

  40. MrStaybrown on September 21, 2021 at 11:37 pm

I use a bergara .22-250, and never missed. 490 yards was my longest shot! Raah!
