Scream; Blacula; Scream!

Scream; Blacula; Scream!

Blacula lives! This scintillating sequel; “Scream; Blacula; Scream;” pits voodoo power against vampire fury! Willis Daniels (Richard Lawson); the son of a late high priestess; seeks revenge on the cultists who have chosen his foster sister Lisa (Pam Grier) as their new leader. Hoping to curse Lisa; Willis unwittingly resurrects Blacula’s earthly remains – and unleashes the Prince of Darkness and his freaked-out army of the undead! The eternally cool William Marshall once again stars as Blacula! Michael Conrad; Janee Michelle; Lynne Moody and Barbara Rhoades co-star.

I met him when I was in high school and he looked JUST like this (well, without the fangs and stuff). Tall and regal… kingly. I watch this movie over and over for some reason. It really didn’t even scare me when I was a kid. I think the "history" and culture were interesting to me. My mother raised us very afrocentric in the 70’s.

"Great Male Voices" of Black Stage, Screen, and Television – Paul Robeson ,Roscoe Lee Browne, James Earl Jones , and William Marshall; the mere sound of their "SPEECH " engendered a presence and AURA of "PRIDE,DIGNITY, EXCELLENCE, which in and of itself COMMANDED RESPECT. It is ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO THEM SPEAK !
