This is a video I created for an dietetic/nutrition assignment to promote the consumption of fruits and vegetables in children grades K-6. This is how you get kids to eat their fruits and veggies. Get them to know and try the different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Make a garden with them. Young children love adventure and trying new things. The more we can get children to eat their fruits, vegetables, and other whole, plant-based foods, and less meat, dairy, eggs, fish, etc. the better eating and dietary habits they will develop to pass down to their children.
