Part 1:
I go in search of wild edible mushrooms with my mushroom expert friend, Lee! We forage for several species (about 10 in total) with the main goal to find some ceps / porcini.
Part 2:
After identifying and foraging for a variety of mushrooms we then eat some ceps raw…with the help of a tasty Asian dip!
