    8:35 damn that transformation was so nice! it would have been nice if you said how much is cost though lol…
    I’m guessing somewhere around 2 grand with the fancy "screen up" system you used…

    Do we know what color code was used to paint the fense? Also what was the name of that screen he used. I couldn’t fine thru lowes or HD

    Does anyone else agree that Jason Hodges is way better/more entertaining on this show than Charlie Albone. I like Charlie in Lifestyle’s Selling Houses but he just isn’t the right fit for BHG.
