During the testing process of the Winchester 6.8 Western, Chris Keefer was fortunate enough to accompany the Winchester team on his first ever mule deer hunt out in Utah. A cold front brings in cooler temperatures and a fresh coat of snow which have the deer moving. Chris and his guide locate a great buck still holding velvet and decide they’ll wait him out for a shot opportunity once he stands up.
