Packing for a Wilderness Horse or Mule Pack-In Hunt – How the gear gets packed!
Cliff covers the basics of how we pack-in dozen of hunters each year. Our method uses panniers and a simple hitch. We cover what hunters should expect and packing tips/tricks that will make the process go smoother. Saddle bags, coolers, packing bows/arrows, hunting gear, scabbards/rifles and much more are covered in the context of getting things packed into the wilderness on a mule’s back.
This video is most useful for hunters packing their personal gear for a drop camp or being packed into a guided wilderness wall-tent camp.
