  11. Mike harry hunt on October 30, 2021 at 9:19 am

I’m just here to see the broadhead performance. I’m kinda of ah newbie but it’s ah little crazy to me that mark is shooting ah 2-1/2 cut broadheads only shooting ah 54 lbs draw weight. I’m not very experienced so what do I know tho.. I shoot 60 lbs and I don’t even feel comfortable using ah 1-1/2 cut mech. With that draw weight… Like I said tho I’m what u would consider ah beginner to bow hunting….

  12. Derek Gagyi on October 30, 2021 at 9:19 am

Hearing that second arrow rattling in the rest is what’s all about. Buck fever

  13. Ben Stahlman on October 30, 2021 at 9:20 am

Congrats Terry! It was really neat to see all the history you had with Little Gnarly, from encounters, finding sheds and years of trail cam pictures, you and Forrest clearly put in the work!!

  14. Jeff Buzzard on October 30, 2021 at 9:21 am

Great looking Buck, I’m glad y’all share your hunts with us, sad to say I’ll never have a chance a a Buck of that size now that I’m getting older ( 60 ) I probably never will here in WV, I’ve taken some nice Bucks but nothing like that one, congratulations.

  15. Tim Gruver on October 30, 2021 at 9:22 am

WTF happened with that first arrow? Looks like it went off to the right .

  16. John Keller on October 30, 2021 at 9:23 am

Dumb deer, and you arrowed that deer despite yourself.

  17. Caleb Cook on October 30, 2021 at 9:24 am

Question we have hunting land and we have trail cam picks of a lot of deer during the day on youth day I got one but since the rifle season has started they have completely disappeared

  18. Joshua Feldman on October 30, 2021 at 9:24 am

Great buck Terry you deserved that one. I think the lord teased you just a bit with that first shot. Congrats again.

  19. Pamela Pelech on October 30, 2021 at 9:31 am

Awesome shot when you got him. Congratulations.

  20. Mark Lumley on October 30, 2021 at 9:34 am

All that money you spend on hunting deer and you can’t spend $2 to buy a scissors to notch your tag!?! I just don’t understand why hunters can’t buy a scissors and would rather risk messing up a tag with a knife. Is it something cool I’ve missed out on?

  21. Marc Gaudreau on October 30, 2021 at 9:35 am

waww you should say that if you’ve been give him another year…he potentially be dead…and thanks him for the meat 🙂 i miss my shot this years it was my first crossbow season..but i have 20years behind my tie at carabine hunting

  22. Pamela Pelech on October 30, 2021 at 9:35 am

    Such a great buck.

  23. Scott Gillick on October 30, 2021 at 9:36 am

What a beautiful buck. I can’t believe he stood there for you to take a second shot. I wish I had just one hunt like all of you do. My biggest 8 point i took to a guy to have it mounted, and he ended up moving amd all I have of the deer is a few pics. Good luck the rest of the season. Congratulations again on a great buck.

  24. Jose Wengerd on October 30, 2021 at 9:37 am

Congrats Terry that’s a giant! Thanks for sharing the experience and history!

  25. AS REAL AS IT GETS on October 30, 2021 at 9:37 am

  29. Zachary Heeter on October 30, 2021 at 9:43 am

Gets old hearing the deer cast bs constantly. I just want to watch a hunt not hear the word deer cast every other second. Jeez.

  30. Jana Reams on October 30, 2021 at 9:44 am

I just shot my first buck and it was quartering away a bit and I drilled it straight through the hart and those arteries and it came out on the middle of the opposite shoulder!

  31. GAGEICUS on October 30, 2021 at 9:45 am

What a story, can I ask how big your farm is?

  32. Bowman on October 30, 2021 at 9:47 am

  37. Allison Jimeno on October 30, 2021 at 9:54 am

That was awesome Terry! I really enjoyed watching the hunt and you made my heart stop when you missed! I was not expecting that but nice recovery! Awesome buck and hunt! Thanks for sharing. Will

  38. Tom Ray on October 30, 2021 at 9:59 am

I take my quiver off because it adds noise. You might not have gotten that 2nd shot with your quiver on. I got 2 shots at a doe this year after the string hit my sleeve on the first shot. 2nd one hit home quartering away with a very sharp montec. She ran 80 yards and expired.

  39. SR6 D on October 30, 2021 at 10:01 am

How many inches did he gain from age 4 to age 5? Noticed the big jump from 3-4, awesome story and hunt!

  40. Matthew ryder on October 30, 2021 at 10:02 am

How can be sure this is the same deer? Its rack looks nothing like the past years.

  41. Brian Eisenga on October 30, 2021 at 10:03 am

Congratulations. Awesome story, sometimes you get lady luck on your side. Lol. Had that happen before where I got a second chance. Worked out for me then too. Nice deer. Congratulations again.
